Ask anything about a policy or the wording behind it
Coverage, exclusions, clauses, sub-limits, the exact IRDAI wording — Pratibimb reads the policy you shared and the regulatory corpus, then answers with depth only when you want it. It stays inside that policy's line of business and never invents a clause.
LiveSharma's godown is on the Vapi belt, so I'd add the STFI add-on at renewal. Want the exact exclusion wording? 9:14 AM
Grounded in your policy + the IRDAI wording corpus.
Forward a policy PDF, get a clean book entry
Send a policy document — or even a photo of one — and Pratibimb reads it, extracts insurer, insured, sum insured, premium and cover dates, and files it into your book automatically. It flags the coverage gap it noticed, and sets its own renewal reminders.
Live · runs the full Lens extraction engine• HDFC Ergo — Standard Fire (SFSP)
• Insured: Sharma Textiles Pvt Ltd
• SI ₹2.4Cr · Premium ₹1,18,000
• Cover: 9 Apr 2026 → 8 Apr 2027
I'll remind you before it renews. One gap I noticed: no STFI cover — worth a look at renewal. 8:04 AM
Extraction is LLM-based, not template-matching — any insurer, any format.
Your book, totalled and split — in one line
Counts, premium booked (GWP), business in any period, or a split by insurer or line of business. Every figure is computed deterministically in code from your recorded book — the AI reads the answer, it never adds up your money.
Live• 14 policies
• GWP ₹9.62L
Split — Health ₹4.10L (6) · Motor ₹3.02L (5) · Fire ₹2.50L (3).

Totals come from code, quoted verbatim. No LLM arithmetic — ever.
Everything a single client holds with you
Ask for one client and get every policy across every line of business, with their total premium and sum insured — plus a private link to their file. If two clients share a name, Pratibimb asks which one before answering.
Live• Health (Star) — SI ₹10L — renews 12 Aug
• Private Car (ICICI) — renews 3 Sep
• Home (Bajaj) — renews 21 Nov
Total premium ₹41,300 · SI ₹34L. 11:02 AM
The link is private to you — Pratibimb reminds you not to forward it.
Nothing slips through the renewal cracks
Pratibimb runs a renewal calendar for your whole book. It nudges you at 30 / 15 / 7 / 1 days and on expiry, opens each morning with a single action plan, and answers your pipeline on demand — due, followed-up, renewed, lost. Reminders state facts; nudges stay soft and skippable.
Live · daily reminders + morning digest📅 You've 3 renewals coming up — here are the nearest 3:
• Sharma Textiles — Fire — 8 Apr
• Patel — Health — 12 Apr
• Kumar Motors — Motor Fleet — 15 Apr
🔍 Worth a look: Mehta's shop policy has no burglary cover. Might be worth reviewing before renewal.

Tap a row and it drills into just that policy. Certain reminders, soft nudges — never blurred.
Who owes, who lapsed, and how well you retain
The collections view surfaces exactly what's outstanding and who hasn't paid. Separate lists show recently-expired vs truly-lapsed win-back leads, and a persistency query returns your renewal rate for any period — all figured in code, honest about what it can't see.
Live• Mehta Traders — ₹45,000
• Kumar — ₹21,000
• Verma — ₹12,500
2 more policies have no payment logged yet — they may already be paid elsewhere, so I've left them out of the total. 4:22 PM
It never claims someone owes money it can't verify — the caveat is built in.
Log a payment, renewal or claim in plain words
Tell Pratibimb what happened — money received, a policy renewed, a claim intimated, a client's PAN — and it stages the change. Nothing is written until you reply YES. You say the amount however you like; a deterministic parser turns "₹45k" into rupees, the AI never does the maths.
Live · confirm-before-saveOne live proposal at a time, auto-expiring. A retry can never double-log.
Correct and organise the book without a form
Spotted a wrong policy type? Need to file a policy under the right client, or delete a duplicate? Just say so. Sensitive edits ask for a one-time code (not a plain "yes") so a stray message can't reshape your book by accident.
Live · one-time-code on sensitive editsThe code is generated by the system, never by the AI — and it's single-use.
Your commission "hisaab", settled in one message
Pratibimb tracks what each counterparty owes you, reconciles their payouts against expected commission ("milaan"), and can even build a forwardable statement to chase dues. Every rupee is computed in code. This is the newest capability — live in production today.
Live in production• Balance: ₹32,400 due
• Is FY (2026-27): expected ₹1.80L, mila ₹1.48L (9 milaans)
• ₹18,000 ka milaan baaki hai (2 payouts) — 'milaan karo' bolo.
• Commission pending: 3 policies, exp ₹14,200
• Terms: private car 15% on OD; health 10% on net 10:18 AM
"…₹32,400 outstanding for this cycle. Kindly share the policy-wise payout statement for this cycle so we can reconcile at the policy level.
— via Pratibimb" 10:19 AM
Counterparty name is illustrative. Statements assert your aggregate and ask for their policy-wise breakdown.
English, Hinglish or Hindi — it mirrors you
Write in Roman English, Hinglish, or Devanagari Hindi and Pratibimb replies in the exact same script — insurance jargon always kept in its standard form. Voice notes can be transcribed too (built, currently gated). Say "reply in Hindi" any time to lock a language.

Same script back, never mixed. Terms like sum insured, NCB, IRDAI stay as-is.
Message your end-clients — built, held safe
Pratibimb can send your clients their renewal reminder or policy copy, and broadcast to an opted-in segment. Every send is quadruple-gated: a master flag, a default-deny consent ledger, an approved template, and your confirmation. It's fully built and tested — and deliberately switched off until pilots are ready.
Built · gated off · no client messaged yetTurning this on is a project, not a toggle — Meta template approval + a consent flow come first.
